Join us for the 1st Annual Fish Like A Local’s “Fresh Water Frenzy” Fishing Tournament, proudly supporting AHero. (America’s Heroes Enjoying Recreation Outdoors). This exciting event will bring anglers of all skill levels together for a weekend of competition, camaraderie, and community support—all while benefiting veterans and first responders.

🔥 Pre-Party – “River Rat Party”
📅 Friday, April 25th | 6 PM to 8 PM
📍 Casey’s by the Lake
Kick off the weekend with great food and good times! Meet fellow anglers, enjoy local vendors, and gear up for an exciting tournament. Come out and receive your party pack full of free loot, including sponsor tackle and a t-shirt for the first 100 people!
🎣 Tournament Fishing
📅 Saturday and Sunday, the 26th and 27th
Tight lines start 5am Saturday morning.
Anglers hit the water early to compete for cash prizes, cool gear, and bragging rights! We will be giving away everything from cash, to major prizes. Some of which include multiple fishing charters from the fish like a local crew themselves in beautiful Gulf Shores AL.
⚖️ Weigh-In Times (Casey’s on the Lake)
🕗 Saturday, April 26th: 8 AM – 5 PM
🕗 Sunday, April 27th: 8 AM – 3 PM
Casting competition for kids and adults
Free to anyone who stops by to visit. Prizes to be announced. Come and cast any time Saturday and Sunday. Finals of the casting competition will be at 3pm beginning of the main tournament prize ceremony Sunday.
🏆 Award Ceremony: Immediately following the final weigh-in on Sunday.
🍔 Food, Drinks & Vendors – Fun for Everyone!
Even if you’re not fishing, come by and take part in the fun on Saturday and Sunday! Browse vendor booths, enjoy delicious food, check out sponsor exhibits, and soak in the good vibes. Just come hang with us!
Whether you’re casting a line or just here for the fun, this is a weekend you don’t want to miss!
